If you do NC inspections, you need to know the law! I was told I needed an inspection that wasn't required, costing me $30. This came up in the presence of 2 service managers and the owner. I fully expected them to do the right thing and refund $30. After a pause, I walked out...forever. Too bad. You just lost a loyal customer. 6/2/17
Diagnosis was wrong and if it had been right too expensive. I paid for the wrong diagnosis.
When every single patron who entered the shop one afternoon is told that they need to replace their tires in order to pass state inspection, I can't help but assume that these guys just want to take advantage of their customers to make extra sales. I cannot recommend them and have to wonder about their morality.
Will never use them again nor recommend.
