Tri-City Auto Care was INCREDIBLE. I recently moved into a new apartment complex and ran over some nails with my tire. With my work schedule, it can be difficult to find time to get car work done. I dropped it off and picked it up later without having to take any time off of work. Tri-City was so friendly and made fixing my tire easy and effortless - I will definitely be using them again.

Ryan is always quick to get me scheduled, has great customer service and they are quick to get my vehicle completed. I needed a loaner vehicle and it was ready when I arrived. My vehicle is always well taken care of while they have it and they explain the things that are needed without pushing additional things to make a sale.

This is the most honest auto shop I've ever been to. Everyone who services my vehicle, from front desk to auto manager, are always professional and helpful when educating me about services for my vehicles. They offer you the option to decide whether or not you would like to prioritize services in accordance of greatest need and offer constructive feedback on your immediate needs. I've never been pressured to commit to services I may not need straight away and always walk away feeling confident that I am bein taken care of. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable which is helpful when you are not well versed in servicing cars. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs anything from a quick oil change to a full body test.

This is a follow-up to my previous review. I had oil change at one of the Toyota dealers last year. The timing chain cover/gasket need to be replaced. Knowing the dealer always overcharges its customer, I had it done at Tri-City Auto Care. I came back to the Toyota dealer this month for oil change (they offer free oil change for life) and was told the timing chain cover/gasket needed to be replaced with a quote of $2800. It sounded fishy to me since it has already been replaced last year and don't have any issues since then. Anyway, I came back to Tri-City for a second opinion. It turned out nothing wrong with car. I bet the dealer just looked at their notebook and tried to trick me since I didn't get the work done by them last time. Thanks to Jennifer and the mechanics at the Tri-City, they saved thousands of dollars for me!!!
