I had a great experience this time. Ryan took care of me for the most part and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan is always a pleasure to work with. He listens to me, provides updates with my car and gives personal touches like writing thank you on my invoices and taking the time out to ask me and learn how to pronounce my first name and sometimes calls by my first name which is something I really appreciate. He also has a friendly nature and easy to talk to, he also do not have any issues apologizing or admitting to mistakes. I would recommend Tri-City but my suggestion would be try to work with Ryan.
